Vacation Time

My little sister got married in Mesa, Arizona a few weeks ago and we all were able to be there together. It was the first time all of us were together as a family since last July. We had a special experience seeing Hollie, Joseph, and Adie be sealed together in the temple. That is something we won't ever forget. It was also fun to see all the kids play together and visit with a lot of family that we hadn't seen in a long time. It was so nice to get away for a week.



Brandon had some Marriot points saved up which allowed us a free van rental for the week. My Mom and Dad came with us and it was so fun. It was nice having the extra room for the kids too. It was a lot of driving, but Paisley and McCoy did really good. The van was really nice.



We also made it down to Benson, Pomerene, area for a visit. We spent time with Aunt Marilyn, Aunt Sandy, Grandma Whatcott, Aunt Martha, Aunt Vicky Lynn, Uncle Billy, and their boy, Aaron. We had a taco party at Aunt Marilyn's house, which was so yummy. We saw a lot of family members there we hadn't seen in a long time as well. We made it out to Aunt Vicky Lynn's where the kids got to ride 4-wheelers, and a horse too. They had such a great time.



Here is Miss Adie and McCoy on a 4-wheeler thinking they are pretty cool stuff. They are such great friends and it was special to see them reunite.



Here is McCoy on his very first pony ride. He laughed pretty much the whole time so Brandon had to hold him on the horse and make sure he wouldn't fall off.
